Jördis Jung is an accomplished consultant with extensive expertise in the areas of executive search, leadership development and change management. She studied pedagogy, psychology and educational science at the University of Potsdam, where she focused on technology and economics. She began her career at the internationally operating The Amrop Hever Group, where she gained extensive experience in personnel consulting and leadership development.

Over the next eight years, Jördis Jung specialized in industries such as aerospace, marine, automotive, rail, IT, telecommunications and energy. Her in-depth knowledge and extensive international network enabled her to successfully fill top positions in companies worldwide.

In 2011, she co-founded AMBLANK JUNG GmbH with Dr. Olaf Amblank, which focused on consulting for industry and medium-sized companies. After a successful decade, she transferred this expertise to JUNG & PARTNER, which operates as an exclusive boutique consultancy in Berlin.

Her areas of expertise include recruitment, management coaching, conflict management and diversity management. She also offers strategic management consulting and change management in a variety of industries, including aviation, IT, mechanical engineering and biotechnology.
